The studio is adorable : located at the ground floor of a typical parisien building, high ceiling, entirely renovated with beautiful materials, soundproof, one big window facing a courtyard full of plants.
Fully equipped kitchen to cook. Small cute dinning area for two people. Small clean shower bathroom. You will feel like a Parisien. I live upstairs should there be any problem and will be delighted to welcome you with home made pastries and provide any information you need so you can have the most pleasant stay in the City of Lights.

Summary: We loved staying here! The apartment was pretty spacious for Paris, and we loved the kitchen and living room area. Sylvie was a great host and kept great communication with us through our stay. 10/10 visit!

Summary: We loved the location and the experience of living in a neighborhood away from the tourist areas. But it was close enough to walk to several sites. Sylvie was like family when we needed help in the middle of the first night of our stay. I called her at 1:00 am because my husband had fallen and had a bad cut that needed stitches. She came down to our apartment, called an Uber for us and the hospital to be expecting us. She was an angel. I am sure that she hopes not to be needed like this too often! She also helped us use the Metro which was very close,

Summary: You would be hard pressed to find a better situated flat in Paris. Sylvie's place is a stone's throw from the Gare Lazare, which was important for me as I was in Paris for work and needed regular transport. There are restaurants nearby but I have always preferred to go to the supermarket, also in walking distance. Sylvie is an excellent host, vivacious and helpful. She supplies a manual with info about the apartment: wifi password, remotes for cable, manual on the washer. Based on her recommendation, I got a Navigo pass for a week for the metro. The flat was quiet most of the time; one night, I heard a ranting inebriated man in the street, but it was not a problem ... just boistrous enthusiasm. I hope to come back soon with my partner.

Summary: Sylvie is an amazing landlord! She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The location is very close to the metro/bus. We had an amazing time! We will definitely recommend this place and we will stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: The location and the studio apartment could not have been any better for a wonderful stay in Paris and its all secure too for those who are unsure about not staying at a hotel in a foreign country. The reasonably priced studio apartment provides a couples gateway. As you walk in through the doors, you're welcomed by a great courtyard entrance, after entering the building, the studio features a nice double bed, a couch for two, a nice sized kitchen (if needed) and a spacious bathroom. You're within walking distance of four entrances to the St. Lazare subway and train station. Next to numerous restaurants (A great pizza place is right across the street. I'm from New York and I approve, it's called Bonta). It's a 30-45 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, Musee de Louve, Musee d'Orsay. The buses to the airports are 10 minutes away. For those not familiar with Paris, be sure to download an app called CityMapper, which lays everything out for you from directions to which bus and subway line you should take to reach your destination. Sylvie is an amazing hostess and will help you with whatever you need, should you have any questions. She made us feel very welcomed on our first trip to Paris, France. I highly recommend staying at this location, you will not be disappointed.

Summary: Lovely little studio with everything you could need. Very convenient location and easy to get around from St. Lazare Station. Sylvie was a wonderful host and very helpful. Highly recommended! Will stay again if back in Paris.

Summary: I rented Sylvie’s Paris studio for two weeks and had a lovely stay in this beauiful, well located apartment. Cleverly renovated to make the most of the space, it provides everything you need -a comfortable double bed with nice bed linens (not a pullout bed), a small sofa, lots of storage space, an efficient kitchen area, a washer, and a private bathroom with a good sized shower with two shower heads. It was also one of the cleanest rentals I have had. It was nice to be on a ground floor, no flights of stairs to climb with luggage, and safely tucked away from the street. The location is excellent, not far from the grand department stores, with nearby Metro access, and a short walk from the Roissybus stop for easy access to and from CDG. Sylvie was very prompt and thorough in answering emails, provided lots of information, and her and husband Alain were very helpful and welcoming. It was an extra bonus to have them just two floors up in the same building! A great spot for a solo traveller or a couple!

Summary: Sylvie was very accommodating upon our arrival and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The bed is comfortable, the wifi signal is strong and the ability to wash our laundry while there was a plus. The apartment has a nice little restaurant next door where we spent a few of our evenings having dinner and drinks. I would say the walk to the Louvre is about a 25 minute walk. The bus, RER and metro are close by as well. It is centrally located and you will not have any trouble getting around the city. Thank you Sylvie.
